London Stone is a market leader in the supply of natural stone paving to clients throughout the UK. They are renowned for their comprehensive range of porcelain, stone and clay paving, desking, cladding, metal pergolas and more. They provide the highest quality products to a broad range of clients, including landscape contractors, garden designers, property developers, architects and homeowners.
London Stone came to Adtrak for a holistic digital marketing approach across various channels, including PPC, Social Media and SEO. They were looking for an agency that understood both their business and their sector, as well as one who would provide regular, transparent updates on performance.
What did we do?
As Adtrak has been the biggest digital marketing agency in the landscaping industry for the last 7 years, London Stone were confident in our ability to increase revenue from both paid and organic campaigns. In addition to marketing key products, like planters and pergolas, they wanted us to focus on brand awareness, promoting London Stone as the leading UK supplier of stone and related garden products.
Following an in depth discussion with the client, we created an SEO strategy with a range of PPC & Social Media ad campaigns focused on e-commerce sales, website traffic and showroom footfall. The ad copy was updated seasonally (for example, Bank Holiday sales) and designed to encourage users to convert on the website directly.
Working closely with London Stone throughout, we have provided in depth reporting and analysis enabling us to appropriately monitor and adjust budgets, as well as prioritise products.
The results
Highest all time revenue achieved from Google Ads. Firstly achieving 43.62 x ROAS which at the beginning was 1.43 x ROAS. Being extremely happy with the results, the activity in 2024 is being expanded to continue on from this success in early Q1 2024.
