What did we do?
Ideas in Action were looking for a website redesign with accessibility at the forefront which is so important for the target demographic. As such, our web designers ensured that the site incorporated good colour contrasts with an easy to read size and style of font. Furthermore, it was imperative for a clear URL structure and headings, plus a search bar and breadcrumbs for easy navigation.
In addition, we also focused on content creation to increase brand awareness and industry authority. To do so, we produced useful content focused around relevant long-tail keywords which resulted in a 41.42% increase in blog traffic YoY (2023 vs 2024).
To further support and improve Ideas in Action performance, they also asked us to focus on PPC. Our talented marketers created PPC campaigns that were both targeted and results-driven. Combining ongoing optimisation, keyword analysis and bid strategy testing, campaign experiments and introducing Performance Max campaigns, we saw a 150.72% increase in clicks.
What did we achieve? / The results
Since the website redesign went live in December 2022, the results across the board have improved exponentially. When comparing 23 v 22, all metrics increased. Total sessions increased by over 30%, whilst goal completions increased by 46%.
Furthermore, following work on the PPC campaigns, the account saw a fantastic 34.91% increase in conversions.
