What did we do?
We combined social media marketing with content marketing and SEO to share the latest news and content to the audience, directing traffic to the ARC website.
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we worked together with Arc to launch and market their new service; COVID-safe office redesigns and furniture. This service was pushed organically on social media, supplemented by a small advertising budget, promoting Arc’s proactiveness and reliability at such a difficult time for businesses around the country.
As an interior design company, Arc had a wealth of fantastic imagery showcasing their work, and so we made use of this by devising an Instagram theme and an Instagram stories strategy. This allowed us to push their work in its purest form, drawing traffic to the site by showing what the company is capable of.
The results
Since we took over Arc’s social media management, we’ve seen some wonderful improvements. There’s been a 20,236% increase in Facebook engagement, a 48,011% increase in Facebook impressions, an 85% increase in PPC leads year-on-year, and there was a 28% increase in onsite form conversions last quarter.
