Adtrak is committed to providing a respectful, inclusive working environment where people are treated and treat others fairly, equitably and with dignity; where they feel safe and free from bullying and harassment in all its forms, including sexual harassment. To create that environment, everyone is expected to maintain appropriate standards of behaviour by refraining from conduct that may be (or perceived to be) unwanted, harmful, derogatory, discriminatory or offensive.
This commitment extends both in and out of the workplace, such as on business visits and trips or at events or work related social functions. It covers all forms of harassment by those employed by Adtrak and also by third parties such as customers, clients, suppliers or visitors to our workplace.
Adtrak takes allegations of harassment or bullying against any individual or group of individuals seriously and will address those allegations promptly. Incidences of harassment or bullying by an employee will be dealt with under our Bullying, Harassment and Sexual Harassment Policy and, if appropriate, our Disciplinary Procedure. Where reports of third-party harassment are raised, Adtrak will similarly conduct a full investigation into the matter and where allegations are founded, will take appropriate action which may range from informing an individual that their behaviour is unwanted and must cease to barring the harassing third-party from contacting the employee concerned and/or ending the business relationship.
